⚠️ NOT FOR NAVIGATION. Spot Hawk's satellite imagery, tide estimates, depth-related visuals, and other data are provided for general information and trip planning only. They are not nautical charts and must not be used for navigation or for any decision affecting safety of life or property. Tide values are estimates, not official predictions. Always navigate using official NOAA charts, government tide tables, and proper, up-to-date marine electronics, and use your own judgment on the water.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Spot Hawk website and web application at spot-hawk.com (the "Service"), operated by Lone Mangrove, LLC ("we," "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Spot Hawk provides satellite charts, tide estimates, course measuring, species information, regulation links, and spot/track tools for recreational fishing planning. Features and availability may change.

2. Not for navigation; no warranty on data

As stated above, the Service is for informational and planning purposes only and is not a navigational aid. Map imagery, tide estimates, weather, and other data are obtained from third parties (including NOAA, the National Weather Service, and Esri) and are provided "as is" without warranty of accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. You are solely responsible for safe navigation and for verifying conditions independently.

3. Fishing regulations

Regulation links and species information are provided for convenience only. Fishing rules change frequently and vary by location. You are responsible for confirming current size, bag, and season limits with the official authority before keeping any fish.

4. Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years old.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Pro is offered at $3.99 per month or $39.99 per year, or as otherwise shown at checkout.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand.
You may cancel anytime; access continues through the end of the paid period.
Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
Payments are processed by Stripe and subject to Stripe's terms. Prices may change with notice.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt it, access it unlawfully, or scrape or resell its data.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software and design, is owned by Lone Mangrove, LLC. The spots, tracks, and notes you create remain yours.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LONE MANGROVE, LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS, INJURY, OR DAMAGE ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF, OR RELIANCE ON, THE SERVICE OR ITS DATA, INCLUDING WHILE BOATING OR FISHING. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
